Slamma Jamma

Brian and I have a new favorite dish that we looove to make for dinner. It really is to die for. Thanks to the food network, I saw Guy Fieri make it a couple months ago and it has never failed us. Its called Slamma Jamma Parmigiana, the name itself hints at how awesome it is. It's really not that hard to make, and it goes great in a salad with eggs, avacado and a little left over cafe rio dressing. Yum! You should try it out and let me know what you think!
