There are some real big snoody people that work here at Pinnacle. I hate it. They always put me in such a bad mood, so I'm all cranky when I go home each night...what's up with that? Ugh. Its really starting to get to me! Everyone should just be kind and courteous on the phone and speak CLEARLY so that we can get both of our jobs done. Now is that so hard? I don't think so...
